Students and Young Adults

Young adulthood is a time of tremendous change. While it is an exciting time, it is very common to feel fearful and unsteady amidst major life changes. Using ACT and relational-based psychotherapies, our therapists are well-equipped to help you ride through discomfort, cultivate acceptance, and experience the relief and joy that springs from making values-aligned, meaningful life changes.
