New Mom’s get a lot of help but usually the second (and third… and fourth…) time around you need just as much, if not more, support.  

This 6 week group will provide discussion and support addressing topics such as:

1. managing feelings unique to the experience of being a mom of multiple children
2. feeling like you SHOULD know how to do this because you’ve done it before
3. managing the logistics of two kids
4. transitioning your older child to a new sibling
5. managing guilt
6. finding ways to connect mindfully with each child
7. coping with idea of this being your last child
