Parenting

Our therapists are passionate about helping parents feel confident, empowered, and content in their parental identity and parenting philosophies. We are parents too, and take a warm, non-judgmental approach to supporting you through the ups and down of taking care of your children. In addition to supportive therapy, we offer parent coaching and consultations for parenting concerns including sleep, eating, transitions, and behavioral challenges. Our therapists utilize evidenced based concepts and interventions drawing from developmental psychology, neuropsychology, and parenting education programs such as Triple P (Positive Parenting Program).
