Working Professionals

Many of our clients are busy working professionals seeking mental health support for a wide variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, and stress. At times, this stress can lead to burnout, or the emotional, physical, and cognitive exhaustion brought on by repeated and prolonged stress. Our therapists are trained to address burnout multidimensionally, integrating interventions such as mindfulness, somatic therapy, values-based ACT work, and meditation. Treating the nervous system holistically in this manner can lead to meaningful and more sustained healing and change. We especially love supporting working parents and parents navigating working after parental leave.
