Evidence-Based Parent Support & Education Group

What is Triple P?

Triple P (Positive Parenting Program®) is one of the world’s most effective parenting programs. It gives parents the skills to raise confident, healthy children and build stronger families. Triple P also aims to help parents manage difficult behavior and prevent problems from occurring in the first place.

Why is this different than other parenting programs I’ve read about and/or tried?

·       Individually Tailored. 8-week Group Triple P includes 4 individual sessions per family and a total of 10+ clinical hours provided by a licensed and trained mental health professional. It is focused on your specific family’s needs and goals- you sail this ship!

·       Flexibility. Triple P does NOT tell you how to parent but rather gives you a menu of evidence-based strategies so you can feel confident doing it your way.

Practice and Refinement. Triple P enables parents to practice strategies with guidance and feedback from an Accredited Triple P Provider. Practice is integral to this program and is an evidence-based way to promote change
