Spend time in Nature

Spending time in nature has been shown to lower your blood pressure and decrease the amount of cortisol (stress hormone) present in your body. One study even found that spending time outdoors decreased activity in the part of the brain that is responsible for rumination and worry. If spending time in nature is not accessible to you for any reason, even listening to recorded sounds of nature can have similar effects.
