Offering Mindful, Holistic, & Collaborative Psychotherapy
I provide therapy to individuals with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and identity concerns. I have significant experience working with students, with clients who identify as LGBTQ, and with women of color.
I also specialize in treating postpartum depression and other perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADS), and have received advanced training in working with various perinatal mental health concerns including trauma, loss, and fertility challenges.
Areas of Practice
An estimated 15-20% of pregnant or postpartum women will experience significant and sustained symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other mood concerns (PMADS). With effective and informed treatment, the vast majority of women who develop a PMAD can experience significant symptom relief.
I strongly believe in the importance of an expanded understanding of gender and sexuality that honors each individual’s unique experience, identity, and expression of identity.
I am passionate about treating all aspects of women’s mental health and work with women and teenage girls to address a variety of concerns. I also have specialized training in working with women who have experienced gender based violence, and have research expertise in body image and intersectionality.
Do you tend to ruminate or feel like your thoughts are spiraling? Perhaps you find that you are avoiding activities or people due to worry. Maybe you experience panic, shortness of breath, or physical complaints? Or maybe anxiety is leading to procrastination or perfectionism.
Groups and Workshops
I offer numerous groups and workshops, and collaborate frequently on programming with other holistic wellness providers.
In addition to providing psychotherapy, I provide training and consultative services to other professionals, offer supervision and didactics to graduate students, and write frequently about perinatal wellness.

I enjoy and look forward to collaborating with other professionals interested in helping pregnant and postpartum women. Please contact me if you are interested in a training for you or your colleagues.
- Supervision and Didactics
