I am so excited to share that after a many-year hiatus, the blog for the practice is back. The original version of this blog ran in early 2017, at a time of political upheaval and uncertainty that sparked a fire in me to write about the importance of maternal health, reproductive health, and women’s health broadly. Here we are at another political and social inflection point where the issues we as a practice care deeply about are on the line.

Our Practice Has Grown

So it’s time for us to pick up where we left off and start writing again. Since the last incarnation of my blog, we’ve grown from a solo practice to a group of 9 therapists dedicated to women’s mental health. We specialize in perinatal mental health, infertility, parenting, concerns around gender and sexuality, sexual health, trauma, neurodivergence and so much more.

The personal is always political

At a time when reproductive rights are on the line, when who, how, and when you can or choose to have children is political, when how you express your gender makes you a target, when who you partner with and how you parent is under fire, we are here to help. Going forward, you can expect information about the issues you care about as well as practical advice and strategies to support your well-being.

Expert advice and support you can trust

I’m delighted that several therapists on my team were excited to share their expertise with you, and I know we will all benefit from their wisdom. To that end, we will cover a broad range of topics that we hope all of our readers will find meaningful and helpful. As a team, we are also delighted to address concerns that you want to hear about. You can fill out our Google form and let us know what you’d like us to cover.
